Terms

These terms cover using the AutoKeyClicker app, the Pro subscription and the gallery. By downloading or using AutoKeyClicker you agree to them. For refunds, see the Refund Policy; for what we collect, the Privacy Policy.

Subscription & billing

AutoKeyClicker Pro is sold two ways: a one-time $9.99 lifetime license, or a $0.99/month subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

You can cancel the subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal (linked from the site footer). Cancelling stops future renewals but does not end your access early — Pro keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then reverts to Free. See the Refund Policy for what happens with a failed or refunded charge.

A subscription needs to confirm itself online at least once a week; it keeps working offline for up to 7 days between checks.

Digital delivery

Your license key is emailed to you immediately after purchase. By completing a purchase you ask us to deliver it right away, and, if you live in the EU or UK, you acknowledge that this ends your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the key is delivered. Our voluntary 14-day refund (see the Refund Policy) still applies.

Submission rules

By uploading a theme or macro you confirm that:

• It's your own work, or you have the right to share it.
• It isn't offensive, illegal, or copied from someone else without permission.
• If it's a macro, you aren't deliberately trying to hide or disguise harmful behaviour from the in-app warning that every user sees before it can run.

We don't review uploads before they go live — the app's own import-time scan is what warns the next person before a macro runs, and reports from the community are what bring anything else to our attention. We can take down or hide any upload at any time, for any reason, without warning.

Your license to us

When you upload a file, you give AutoKeyClicker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and let other users download it through the gallery. You keep ownership of what you upload, and you can delete it (or your whole account) at any time.

Takedown requests

If something in the gallery infringes your copyright or you believe it shouldn't be there, email [email protected] with a link to the item and a description of the problem. We'll review and act on legitimate requests promptly.

Accounts

A gallery account requires an existing AutoKeyClicker Pro license. We store your email address, an optional display name you choose, and the items you upload — nothing else about you. Signing in never requires a password: we email you a one-time link and code, or you can continue with Google (which only ever tells us your verified email address).

What we store, and for how long

• Email address — to verify your license and let you sign back in. Kept until you delete your account.
• Uploads — the file itself, plus the name, description, and tags you give it. Kept until you delete it, your account, or we take it down.
• Likes, downloads, reports — counts and, for reports, the reason you gave. Downloads are counted anonymously (we never store your IP address itself, only a one-way hashed version, and only briefly, to stop the same visitor inflating a count).

Deleting your account removes your account row and everything you uploaded. It never touches your license key — that stays valid, per our Refund Policy.

Third parties

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots on sign-in and upload, and (if you choose that option) Google to verify your identity for sign-in. Neither is told anything about your AutoKeyClicker account beyond what's needed to complete that one request.

Using AutoKeyClicker responsibly

AutoKeyClicker automates clicks and keystrokes on your own PC. Many games and online services have rules against autoclickers, macros or automation, and some detect them and ban accounts. It's your responsibility to check and follow the rules of any game, program or service you use AutoKeyClicker with. We aren't responsible for bans, suspensions, lost progress or any other action a third party takes against you because you used AutoKeyClicker.

Don't use AutoKeyClicker for anything illegal, to access systems or accounts you aren't allowed to, or to harm other people. We can revoke a license used this way.

No warranty

AutoKeyClicker is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or work with every game, program or PC. Always keep your own copies of macros and settings you care about.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost data, lost profits, or account bans, arising from your use of AutoKeyClicker. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be settled by emailing us is handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington State. If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep any consumer protections your own country's law gives you that can't be waived by contract.
